LIMITED-TIME WARRANTY INFORMATION
REPAIRS & RETURNS
• For products you wish to return that were bought from our Website, or by phone
with our customer care team in the last 30 days please see the Returns section
below.
• For products you wish to have repaired under warranty or outside of warranty
please see the Repair section below for further instructions on your available

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a California
Contour product you bought in the last 30 days from a our California Contour official site,
please visit our support page at:
Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return, so we can assess the next steps to accomplish the request. If the criteria for a return is met, you will be provided a return label via email. Please print, attach this label and deliver the package to the carrier specified on the label.
Refunds will take place within after the successful receipt of the product by our warehouse and after it has been visually inspected to confirm it has not been damaged. Please note: this process can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
• Proof of purchase is needed for a return.
• Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any
accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were included with the
product.
UV PROTECTION WARRANTY POLICY
OVERALL UV PROTECTION WARRANTY POLICY
All California Contour UV protection is warranted against breakage due to material or
workmanship defect for one year from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase.
California Contour’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, scratched or
chipped mask due to intentional or accidental abuse to product (i.e. dropping on ground or a
scratch caused by sharp or jagged objects). Additionally, any alterations of California Contour
products will void warranty coverage.
CALIFORNIA CONTOUR'S GOGGLE WARRANTY
California Contour UV protection mask and goggles are guaranteed from defects in
workmanship and manufacturer materials and have a limited-lifetime manufacturer’s
warranty.
This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an
Authorized California Contour Dealer that clearly shows the purchase details.
The California Contour warranty does not cover any defects due to improper use, improper
repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit. Furthermore any alteration of the product
will void warranty.
Your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item
as determined by California Contour or the certified reseller/retailer where you purchased
the product. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable
state or national laws governing the sales of consumer goods.

CERTIFIED RESELLER WARRANTY POLICY
For all California Contour warranty claims, or returns please ship products returned or with
defects for a full credit, product exchange or refund to your account. Please
allow a NET 30 timeframe before inquiring status of return.
Products returned will be subject to inspection by California Contour, LLC.
A receipt of purchase must accompany products returned without manufacture defects,
showing said return within 30 days of purchase.
CRITERIA OF “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”
California Contour warranty does not cover any product issues as stipulated in
aforementioned paragraph (“UV PROTECTION WARRANTY POLICY”).
Any California Contour Product, purchased outside of 30 days not adhering to the strict
definition of actual manufacturer at fault defect will be returned to reseller without refund
or credit.
